I am writing this message because I would like to send a comment of appreciation for the way in which your staff treated me in my recent purchase of a 2011 Ford Ranger at the Ashland location on Monday November 7, 2011. I worked with Daniel Camp, whom I have also worked with in the past, and he was very helpful to me from the time we began email correspondence to the actual time I purchased the truck. His kind personality and non-pressure demeanor was very much appreciated!
The other staff member I would like to acknowledge is Andy Thomas who handled the financing of my truck. He went way above the line of duty by calling ford credit to help get me the financing I needed in order to be able to afford the truck. He was successfully able to negotiate an interest rate reduction from 15.9% down to 3.9% which is going to save me over 100 dollars a month in my payment. His willingness to do the extra for me has truly shown me the kind of staff you have in your Ashland location.
I am so impressed by the professionalism and low pressure environment that your staff established with me in my experience. I will definitely return to Donley Ford in the future for my purchases.
